By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. All business placed with Avanti Couriers, shall be paid for, on or after the delivery is made, unless arranged payable on the difference basis with Avanti Couriers.
  2. Business not paid for will after 7days attract a charge of 10% on the total outstanding cost.
  3. Monthly accounts can be arranged subject to certain fiscal conditions. For example: Finance checks and arranged at Managers approval.
  4. Avanti Couriers operates a same day/next day service, please ask for details.
  5. Avanti Couriers is covered by Goods in Transit Insurance.
  6. Avanti Couriers prides itself on a prompt First Class Delivery Service. However allowance may need to be made as road conditions & breakdowns, can happen. All parties are always informed of any pending hold-ups with traffic etc.
  7. Payment accepted by way of Cash, Cheques with bankers guarantee card, BACS electronic Payments, and money transfers (not Western Union).
  8. Insurance covers Goods In Transit up to £15,000 in value, no high value items such as Art Work, or volatile substances are to be collected, as these are not covered by the Goods In Transit Insurance.
  9. No Customer Goods are left on the van/s overnight.
  10. Once Avanti Couriers have been booked time will be allocated for the Client, if cancellation takes place after the booking by the Client, within 2 hours of Avanti departure to the place of collection/delivery A fee of 25% on the total price will be applied, as this may result in loss of business to Avanti Couriers.
  11. Please note customers will be asked to sign a form to this affect.
  12. All Clients will be respected with the upmost of importance regardless of the number of items collected or sent. Avanti Couriers welcomes business from commercial enterprises or private Clients.
